Zero assets
The business has photos, not footage
A plumbing company has a phone full of job photos and nothing else. Paid social wants vertical video. So the ad either does not run, or it runs as a static image against competitors using motion.
Cinoid Research Pvt Ltd · Est. 2019
We turn a service business's own photos and job details into vertical video built for paid social. We already run the sites, blogs and campaigns for thirty of them — video was the line item we kept paying for out of pocket.
Early access
Tell us where to reach you and we will render one spot from your existing photos, free, so you can judge it rather than take our word. No newsletter, no drip sequence.
The problem
Zero assets
A plumbing company has a phone full of job photos and nothing else. Paid social wants vertical video. So the ad either does not run, or it runs as a static image against competitors using motion.
Not their truck
Licensed clips show a different van, a different crew, a different state. Local service buyers notice, and the ad reads as a franchise or a scam. The cheapest option actively costs performance.
Costs more than the ads
A small agency shoot runs into four figures. For a business spending a few hundred dollars a month on Meta, the creative costs more than the media. So they skip creative and wonder why the campaign flatlines.
We pay it
We run these campaigns. When a client needs video we buy the assets ourselves and absorb it, because telling them the real number ends the campaign. That is the cost this product removes.
How it works
Because we build and host these sites, we hold the photo libraries, service lists, service areas and brand colours. There is no onboarding questionnaire and nothing for the client to upload.
A language model turns the service and the offer into a shot list, hook variants and on-screen copy. The render then works from the client's own reference photos, so the van, the uniform and the street are theirs.
One brief produces 9:16 for Reels and TikTok, 1:1 for feed and 16:9 for YouTube — captioned, and short enough to survive the first two seconds.

Use cases
These are not target segments. They are businesses whose sites we host and whose campaigns we run, who send us marketing requests we currently fulfil by hand.
Primary
Pest control, HVAC, plumbing, stucco and mobile detailing. Seasonal offers, emergency call-outs and before-and-after work — the ads that need to look local or they do not convert.
Test five hooks a month instead of one static image.
5 live client sites
Primary
The spend here is recruiting, not customers. Caregiver and nurse hiring ads run continuously and burn out fast, so these clients need new creative every few weeks rather than once a quarter.
Fresh recruiting creative on a weekly cycle.
5 live client sites
Secondary
Listing walkthroughs generated from photo sets, and agent-branded explainer cuts. Both are jobs where the photos already exist and only the motion is missing.
Every listing gets video, not just the expensive ones.

Formats
The reason agencies charge per cut is that re-framing a shoot is real work. Generating from a brief instead of a shoot makes the second and third aspect ratio close to free, which is why we hand over all of them rather than selling them separately.
Captions are burned in by default. Most of this creative is watched with the sound off.

What that access is worth
A 30-second 1080p render costs$6.00 of compute, and$1.50 at 480p. Against a four-figure agency shoot, that changes what a client on a $400 monthly ad budget can even attempt.
Unit economics
Whether this product exists at all is a pricing question. A client on a $400 monthly ad budget cannot absorb creative that costs more than the media, so we priced the same job — one thirty-second vertical spot from a client's own photos — across three providers. No provider is committed to until we have compared output rather than spreadsheets.

Video-only tiers where the provider sells one, since this creative is watched muted with burned-in captions — paying double for synchronised audio nobody hears is the most common way to overspend here. Rates are published prices at the time of writing and move often. Reference support is the constraint that matters more than price: without it the output is stock footage with extra steps, which is why the cheapest row is not automatically the answer.
We are onboarding the first batch now, starting with clients whose sites we already maintain. Send us a folder of job photos and we will render a spot from it so you can judge the output yourself.
